I think that Larry Summers or perhaps just Summers was the name of a former politician who was registered as a sex offender in the fiction book lthe ost memory of skin by Russell Banks but I have not found anything online to confirm that and the book is over 400 pages and not worth reading again to fact check that claim

Also Lawrence Summers is listed as an economist when I did an internet seach for Larry Summers
