For years, the NHS has been training too few medics & nurses but this has been covered by utilising trained staff from overseas (some would argue thereby damaging health services in poorer countries by luring away their trained staff)...

but now migrant medical staff are beginning to shy away from coming to Britain due to the general anti-migrant rhetoric & (new/revised) immigration polices.

This leaves the NHS with a worsening staffing problem!

It’d be nice to post something about US military action without always getting multiple replies going “oil” or “Israel.” Nigeria has oil, but a firing a few tomahawks cannot take, secure, develop, and export it. And the Israelis did not somehow make the US bomb Nigeria. That does not make sense.

@shortstories @icedquinn when I was in a foreign country the people who were all "inclusive" turned out to be psychopaths trying to destroy me, on the other hand the standoffish racists were alright, sometimes after a bit of a harsh initial encounter
