If you beat the final boss in the video game mortal shell then select yes to extract the gland this will make you unable to explore more of the game because your progress will start over but all the enemies will be more difficult and it will be even harder to explore parts of the game that you have not been to in some versions hardening no longer works to completely block damage also
They give you a warning but the text on that game is hard to read and they do not let you make it bigger

If someone is saying there's some population somewhere, they did an IQ test, and 26% of the population matches ANY number, there's something very wrong with their math.
