Tis the season always.. traditional favorite method is to bundle these into "omnibus spending bill" that are stuffed with pork & lobbyist legislation for every Member of Congress.. pet projects & patron wish list are tied to funding to "keep government running" and considered "must pass" funding.. bad news is dropped on Friday & over holidays, long weekends and whenever crisis captures headlines to distract like the DoJ announcement Epstein file releases is complete w Iran war.

What if The United States knows that ships are incredibly vulnerable to drones, missiles, torpedoes and rockets and is intentionally putting ships in the water in order to have an excuse to start a official war by claiming that Iran sunk a ship

sounds like an awful military defeat to me.
Robin Olds wouldnt have been impressed with these numbers.

If gun laws in fact worked, the sponsors of this type of legislation
should have no difficulty drawing upon long lists of examples of
criminal acts reduced by such legislation. That they cannot do so
after a century and a half of trying -- that they must sweep under the
rug the southern attempts at gun control in the 1870-1910 period, the
northeastern attempts in the 1920-1939 period, the attempts at both
Federal and State levels in 1965-1976 -- establishes the repeated,
complete and inevitable failure of gun laws to control serious crime.

Let's say you have a weather forecast by the hour and it is raining in the hour interval that you are in and the forecast is regularly updated throughout the day and it already rained in that hour interval and you are halfway through the interval but it does not say 100% chance of rain. If it already rained in that interval there is a 100% chance of rain but they did not figure it out based on past data in that interval!
