i have started to notice how, my local government is " decentralizing " everything, we first did it with the power grid and now they are trying to de centralize the education system.
but i feel like that just in name cuz, the private power company Luma 's chair holders, the majority are the party in powers members. it's as if, they are turning the political party, into a corporation and buying chairs in private companies.
