I have heard people call some politician and celebrity women who appear on the mainstream media news as having a horse face and possibly being men or not human

I want to know what this means

I am not taking about characters who are officially fiction characters who are drawn to look like horses

Does a horse face mean ugly or does it mean something else or something more specific

More than 0% of the reason women are usually weaker than men is due to social factors

such as but not necessarily limited to women not having to work as hard to achieve the same goals because men will always help them because they are a woman and not having to work as hard to achieve their goals promotes laziness resulting in reduced physical fitness
