Some of my hand problems got better except they switched to problems with the index finger as I changed the type of devices I use

Going to temporary reduced use of the index finger combined with stretching the extensor and flexor muscles followed by a gradual increase in use with exercise

I can use different devices to replace the built in computer mouse or touch screen

I am going to try trackball mouse, video game controllers and using keyboard to move cursor
