There probably are a lot of women who go to get a Medical Doctor degree thinking that means they are applying to marry a medical doctor when they apply for the degree program and then some of the Medical Doctors marry someone else because the women got so old by the time they finished the degree.

This morning I talked to the father of one of my daughter's classmates, and he told me he worked in an NGO.
So I asked him the compulsory question: "What fraction of the funding (of the Non Governmental Organization) comes from governments.
He said 2/3rds.
I responded, they are there to do what governments cant do, with plausible deniability.
Then he became really defensive, saying it is not perfect, but without all this, lots of people in Africa will die.
