Every law no matter how small carries the penalty of death with it.
If you don't pay the parking ticket then you refuse to go to court then refuse to comply with those serving the warrant to compel you to show up = you get killed by police.
And the state has the audacity to call the death penalty from those gone through the judicial system as cruel and unusual.
