The poor have to make due with what they can afford at the moment. Solar power is fine, but it, like so much else, requires upfront investment. I use portable heaters and a window AC because the built-in system died, and it is beyond my means to repair it. Solar, except as portable backup for small electronics, is also not in my price range.
It is also difficult to reconcile the claim that someone attacked someone because they are mentally ill and did not know what they are doing with them running away so they do not get caught
Alleged attacks
The first person who does the first attempted push of someone onto subway or train tracks has his face and body mostly covered with clothes and is hiding in position
There appears like there might be premiditated effort not to get caught

The idea that he put so much planning into his wardrobe to make him difficult to identify is difficult to rrconcile with this being a spur of the moment attack due to schizophrenia

If there is no more land in Israel and it is replaced with the world's largest canal and declared international waters then we can have peace in the middle east because no one can fight to declare they own the land anymore on any team

Chinese nationals were taking gift cards and looking at the numbers then putting them back on the shelf which was called tampering even though that does npt physically change the cards
So I guess do not touch or even look at a gift card if you do not want to go to jail or prison because someone might suspect you are breaking some law by using numbers without stealing the card
