Studies measuring blood flow to brain regions were thought to measure oxygen use in those brain regions but supposedly do not necessarily do so because the blood flow can remain the same while increasing oxygen use in some cases as long as there is enough oxygen per blood
Sometimes we hear that a certain food lowers cholesterol and is heart healthy
But do these foods provide any benefits for vegans if vegans do not eat cholesterol
Does soluble fiber only lower cholesterol for people who eat cholesterol in their diet
Would lowering cholesterol provide no health benefits for vegans & maybe make things worse since they consume no cholesterol and the body needs cholesterol
