fortunately it was not painful at all but I found out that if you have sex for more than 15 min like the porn stars do then you louse any feeling you had on your dick, you get dick numbness, the funny part is that I had to mentally focus to keep my dick down, I did not think the effects took so long to go away. I though it was supposed to last for a few hours or a day tops, but 5 days, shit I was not prepared for that. maybe one day in the future if I need it I will use it.

Never tried or needed it either.
If I were in the same situation and a family doctor gave me a sample I probably would.

Never used it since you need a prescription for it here but ive never had any issues going for hours or multiple rounds so... guess im just blessed by the gods
