@sardonicsmile I probably am losing muscle, but I'm eating nothing but protein, so what else can I do?

This. You need to lift heavy to actually build muscle. Protein doesn’t matter if you’re not lifting. Use it or lose it, spaghetti arms
@Mike_Microwave @Zeb @sardonicsmile My joints don't work. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I can only lift when my symptoms are in complete remission, which they currently are not.
