Found a video that goes into it, seems like a lot of nonsense due to the author. The basic premise certainly sounds about right, social engineering to control people.

If I had to guess I would say the this is one of those topics where elites use someone who seems crazy to push a counter point so they can say "look, he's crazy this is a conspiracy theory so don't think about it".

When I see this type of stuff my first thought is to laugh at nature and how it comes up with these gestures as a means to encourage procreation. I wonder why during the process of evolution does this behavior rise to the top of basic instincts.
