@Tfmonkey Regarding your comments from the Sat show about Kajiwoto, yes, the app doesn't have dataset modification, but the website does. Also, if someone has issues getting things set up, send them to the Discord. There are people in there who will jump in to help people. There used to be a help doc before the UI redesign, and I think that's going to be updated soon too. The best thing first-time users can do is to install one of the existing kajis and use some existing datasets to get going.

This is their logic using the example of Damascus:
P0: The Word of God is true.
P1: The Bible is the Word of God.
P2: The Bible says, "Damascus will cease to be a city and will become a heap of ruins." ESV
P3: Damascus has not yet ceased to been destroyed.
C1: Damascus will be destroyed before the end of the world.

Because they think the nation of Israel is the Biblical "Israel", if the nation is ever destroyed, then Premise 1 is false, and their religious identity collapses.

Christian denominations see the nation of Israel as being integral to Jesus returning because the Israelite temple has to be rebuilt in Jerusalem. They also believe that Damascus must be destroyed before Jesus comes back based on a prophesy that was originally not fulfilled in Isiah 17:1.

I'm posting this here because I think this crowd would gather some value from it as well.

War is amoral. Further, it is not moral to be a victim, and it is not immoral to be an aggressor.
What matters is who finishes it [a conflict] when the other side is either wiped out or beaten into submission. It could be argued that winning and losing are better candidates for moral valuation.

@Stahesh @37712 This is my opinion based on my tastes. Some people love HP Lovecraft, and would excoriate me for this:
The mythos and the potential worlds creatable and inspired by HP Lovecraft are far better than most of his actual stories, which are middling, (science?) fiction at best.
"The Call of Cthulhu" is a starting place, but I would argue that no one can say that The Old Ones are evil in any respectable sense of the word.
