@Justicar Core problem you run into is decades of inflation and financialization of economies. W/ no savings rates and endless spending people who invest *have* to look for profits everywhere all the time. I think it is a symptom of inflation that you'd see in harsh cycles, but also long duration cycles of it. Shit being made to last makes sense when the money your corporation/shareholders hold doesn't lost exponentially 4% a year in good years. Not even including now where it is rampant.

I hear only what I should not do.
Like in my country I often hear normies and family talking best hours to do shopping is either when they open or during luch.
