I found the Jewish part of my town. The Jews there are more Orthodox than I've seen elsewhere. They wear their traditional clothes all week, not just Saturday morning.
They have a lot of kids. I see a lot of Jewish boys walking around. Their women are extremely modest. They wear hijab like Muslim women but they tie it behind their head instead of in front.
Best part: not a single Israel flag. They are non-Zionist Jews! I like this kind of Jew.
@Stahesh I think they're the same denomination as the tunnel Jews. They have stickers of Rabbi Schneerson on their mailboxes. The Jew tunnel was at a synagogue this guy famously lived in for some years. The sticker looked just like this
JTA — While Jews are no more likely to be sexually abused than other Americans, individuals who have left the Orthodox community are more than four times as likely to have been molested as children than the general population, a new study has found.

"Ben Hirsch, the cofounder of Survivors for Justice, an organization that advocates for victims of sexual abuse in Orthodox communities, suggested that the rate of abuse could exceed 50 percent for boys within Hasidic enclaves."
"Across Orthodox Judaism as a whole, a 2018 study by Harvard psychologist David H. Rosmarin found that among formerly Orthodox individuals, rates of abuse were nearly twice the national estimate for both boys and girls."

The response of the Haredi Jewish community in Brooklyn, New York City, to allegations of sexual abuse against its spiritual leaders has drawn scrutiny. When teachers, rabbis, and other leaders have been accused of sexual abuse, authorities in the Haredi community have often failed to report offenses to Brooklyn police, intimidated witnesses, and encouraged shunning against victims and those members of the community who speak out against cases of abuse.

"Finkelstein says. “The high rate of sexual offenses reported in Ultra-Orthodox cities stands out particularly in comparison to the almost non-existent rate in Arab society"
"
“Even less is known about sexual offenses in the Haredi community because of its closed nature and the tendency to silence and repress reporting,” Finkelstein says in his study.

"Brooklyn's ultra-Orthodox rabbis claim they are co-operating with authorities over child sex abuse. But victims say they are being persecuted – and that the DA is doing little to help"
"As consistent as the tales of cover up are those of community intimidation, where victims are branded a moser – an informer – excluded from school, spat on in synagogue, their families threatened and harassed by supporters of the accused."
Maimonides states:
Whoever adjudicates in a non-Jewish court ... is wicked and it is as though he has reviled, blasphemed and rebelled against the law of Moses.[10]

Maimonides is considered to be one of the top two most important scholars in Jewish history
Maimonides further explains: "It is forbidden to hand over a Jew to the heathen, neither his person nor his goods, even if he is wicked and a sinner, even if he causes distress and pain to fellow-Jews. Whoever hands over a Jew to the heathen has no part in the next world. It is permitted to kill a moser wherever he is. It is even permitted to kill him before he has handed over (a fellow Jew)."[11][dead link]
the concept of mesirah prevented Chabad members from going to secular authorities:
At the very least, the breach of mesirah almost certainly always leads to shunning and intimidation within the Jewish community and would almost certainly damage marriage prospects of your children.[19]

Giving evidence to the Commission on the day before his father, Menachem (Manny) Waks, one of three children from the Waks family who were sexually abused by staff at Yeshiva College, testified that after breaking mesirah by going public about his abuse, he and his family had been ostracised by rabbinical leaders, shunned by his community and subjected to a sustained campaign of abuse, intimidation and threats, which eventually forced Waks to leave Austral..

Sanhedrin 54b published on the Chabad website says,
"Therefore, just as one who engages in intercourse actively is not liable if he is less than nine years old, as the intercourse of such a child does not have the halakhic status of intercourse, so too, if a child who is less than nine years old engages in homosexual intercourse passively, the one who engages in intercourse with him is not liable."
