i have been in thinking about evolution, how we might be in a evolutionary stage, but i think people are mistaking the mental with the physical.
i keep seen woman wanting taller men, to make men taller, but studies have shown, height can only screw your bones in the long run.
No, our evolution is a spiritual one, an evolution of consciousness, but does going under the evolutionary phase, are the ones not chosen, maybe it was by design, either a mortal design or a godly one.

i recently got my blood work done, and saw my lipid levels were high, so i got researching ways to lower it, and that when i found, lean meats.
all my life i thought i was eating good cuz i mostly ate meat but, i found out, i was eating fatty meat, you know, i did not know how bad pork was.
the moment i started eating lean meats, i felt better but, the moment i eat pork, my chest feels all tight and i get floated fast.
i think i my body is getting used to the lean meats.
