@shortstories Do you know that meats contain calcium?
@Stahesh @VeganMGTOW
If I did math right according to that chart someone would need to eat
10 kilograms of steak or liver per day
About 1.6 to 1.7 kilograms of egg per day
If an egg weighed 100 grams then that would be 16 or 17 eggs
In order to get 100% of RDA
Is the calcium from the egg shell that people usually do not eat?
@shortstories @VeganMGTOW are you really sure you need so much calcium every day.
Your body will need similar compostion as pig meat. If what they say that pig meat is similar to human meat.
So around 19mg on 100g of meat is composed in pork meat.
in whole egg you have 48mg so 2.5 more than in pork
in chicken you have only 6mg so you would need to eat at least 300g of chicken to get your daily value

That last posting did not turn out well with the screenshots
@shortstories @VeganMGTOW True.
I wanted to share the calcium content in whole eggs chicken and pork
Because If I choose to take most of it it would be even worse for others maybe I should only state facts and let others to check it on websites if they want to.
I wanted to save people times when I would show it without them need to go on the link.
The screenshots seem to be missing information like the contents sorrounding the number of milligrams
They do not say the words, chicken, eggs or pork
Might have been better to post a whole table like this
https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/calcium-HealthProfessional/
@shortstories @VeganMGTOW Why so much when many animals need so little compare to our RDA?
Other animals like cows get lots of calcium by eating grass
They then pass on some of that calcium by milk
The rest they put primarily in their own bones and teeth and secondarily in other parts of their body
So unless someone eats cow bones then milk is a much better source of calcium then meat
In the case of female birds they put calcium primarily in the skeleton and the shells of eggs
Again their meat is not a good source of Calcium
Because humans do not have enough time to eat plants or meat all day the only time efficient means they have to get calcium that I know of are
1 Milk
2 Lots of Chia seeds
Any other plant I know of will make people painfully to full
3 Calcium supplements or food with Calcium artificially added to it as an extra ingredient like Calcium fortified orange juice or soy milk or tofu
Other animals eat for many hours more per day than humans and can digest calcium containing foods that humans have trouble digesting
@shortstories @Stahesh Green leafy like spinash, kale lettuce etc are a good source of calsium
You can not eat that much Spinach or Kale
Do the math and figure out how large a volume that is
If you can then you need to start Vegan eating contests and win money for first place
@shortstories @VeganMGTOW Thanks to cows and their milk or else we would not have enough calcium.
Poor humans in ice age could not even live if they did not have acces to milk🤣
With the milk even vegan will not be happy.
Maybe they had weaker bones
Maybe the vegans are right that the calcium RDA is a conspiracy by big dairy and you do not need as much if you do not eat dairy products
Maybe they had cow like animals
Maybe there never was an ice age
Maybe they got calcium from non living things like mining it or evaporating sea water and seperating it
Maybe they had other dietary elements like Zinc or Magnesium to strengthen their bones
Maybe they ate animal bones likje sardine bones
@shortstories @VeganMGTOW I think the simple thing is they are lying IMO.
If you eat animals you will get what you need from animals because they have everything your body needs because they already made basic steps of eating digesting and build their body like every omnivore or herbivores do.
You will get best summary of nutrient from prey food to build animal body.
@Stahesh @shortstories You being that stuff that animal already have everything You need but there is 2 flawss with that statement
First the animal You eat get that stuff from plants specially soy. So Vegan just cut the middleman and eat the plants directly while avoiding patogens like salmonela, antibiotics, hormones like estrogens
Second Animals have stuff You don't want to ingest like led, microplastic, heme iron, cholesterol so on...
Soy has alnost everything in terms of dietary elements with a listed RDA
But if you look at the ingredients of soy milk they add calcium
You need to get calcium from another source than soy or get it in supplemental or fortified form
Non GMO soy is one of the best food in my opinion
@VeganMGTOW @shortstories The problem we hardly can digest it I really have serious problem of digesting it. So if I want my body to work normal I need meat and can't go to direct source like plants.
Heme iron is iron in blood so does your blood kill you with toxicity?
led do not know what it is only find LED lights on google or lead?
and lead is not normally present in animals because it is toxic to organisms
@Stahesh @shortstories Oh sorry yeah I mean lead but it comes from the slaugtherhouse the meat absorb it from the machinery they use to move around the corpse of the animal
Vitamin pills with dietary elements also known as minerals or fortified food products are good if you can not get a nutrient from another source
Can you safely eat sardines with bones & milk & eggs?
Have you tried eating a small amount of plants & gradually increasing if it does not make you sick?
Most meat products you buy in stores & restaurants have plants in them
Hot dogs are stuffed with plants sometimes
Meats have plant spices, lemon juice or tomato juice added
If you do not want to have milk and do not want to take supplements or calcium fortified foods and you want to get calcium then you can eat a lot of sardines with the bones or a lot of chia seeds depending on if you want a plant or aninal source if you are not allergic to either of these sources
The bones are smalk enough to chew but do not choke on the bones
I am not giving you diet or medical advice to do either one
@shortstories @Stahesh Well I don't eat chia seed that frequenly I go to the Gym 5 days a week and lift heavy weights and My bones are pretty thick the scan they do of My body said My mineral content is pretty high along with My water content.
It seems that getting calsium from leafy greens is enough For me to thrive in My heavy lifting
Maybe it is because you used to have a lot of dairy products before you turned vegan
Maybe it is from Calcium fortified foods like soy milk or tofu or orange juice with added calcium
@shortstories @Stahesh I have been Vegan For the LAST 9 years I don't think calcium store LAST that long and moreover that I' AM way more active now that I am Vegan before I was Vegan since For My personal case meat dairy and eggs makes weaker and tired all the Time Sincé I am Vegan I have more energy I Will admit I am eating way more calories now as a Vegan compare when I'was omnivore cause Sincé a Vegan is low fat and high in carbs I can basically stuff myself and I won't get store fat
If you eat enough more carbs without increasing exercise calories then you will store fat
@shortstories @Stahesh Yeah but is pretty I know the body have a mechanism to turn carbs into fat but the amount of carbs You need to consume above your caloric requirement is basically insane can happen but is pretty hard cause You know carbs and protein only have 4 calories While fat have 9 calories
@Stahesh 😆😆😆😆😆🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 Yeah eat only meat Remember their won't be healthcare System in the near future so keep set it yourself For failure.
@VeganMGTOW Don't vegan have better things to do. Than to attack carnivores and not spread facts about vegan diet and how it works?
Or vegans only works if there is normal diet you can put the blame on?
I will share carnivore content. Because I know it has positive effect by facts, other people and personally tested.
@Stahesh Well here is a Dr Vegan destroying a Dr Carnivore using only scientific arguments
If You like feel free to read the comments of this video too to have more context how Bad the dr carnivore Did.
@Stahesh His second slide, An Interesting Correlation, makes the assertion that brains grew because of an increase in animal meat consumption, and while that may be correct, it does not necessarily follow. Additionally, what information is he using to conclude the 10% shrinkage, and what are these "markings" on the skeletons? I don't have enough information from his presentation.
@DoubleD Hard to tell what specifically points to.
He talked about how before ice age where we ate mostly meat we had really better bodies and health by skeletal remains.
The marking would be signals of worse health after ice age where we started agricultural age and how it brings negative markings on our skeletal remains like bad teeth worse jawlines and general health that can be found on skeletal remains.

@Stahesh I will agree about healthier dental records for sure. Often the conclusion about what was in the diet is based on the dental records. Higher consumption of grain results in sugars being left on the teeth which in turn means more tooth decay. Healthy skeletal remains points to more consumption of dairy though, not just meat though it stands to reason that you'd have one with the other.
@Stahesh
Do they eat bones? Where do they get their Calcium from?
So marinating the meat with plant derived spices or sugars or timato or lemon juice or covering meat i. tartar sauce, ketchup, mustard and so on is not allowed because humans are supposed to eat only meat?
