@VeganMGTOW most likely too much fat in carnivore diet.

I personally hate taste of fat.

I add only little of fat mainly lard into frying pan. It covers the bottom of pan. So that meat and eggs do not stick to the pan.

I do not get why people add too much fat in their diet when eggs have 1:1 protein to fat.

Even meat contain some fat.

I eat eggs and meat with low additional fat. Rarely any dairy like cheese or butter

After day on carnivore diet. My stool and bowel movement become normal.

@VeganMGTOW You do not get fiber in carnivore diet because you do not need it.

You will get everything what you need from meat for your body made of meat.

They say fiber is good for bowel movement. But your bowel movement is normal even when you eat meat, fat and drink water.

@VeganMGTOW @Tfmonkey Tried it few times but what I only get is insatiable hunger, bloating and diarrhea.

I even had powdered food that is 100% plant based called MANA.

For me best option is carnivore diet. That give me no gut issues and normal bowel movement.
