Without it, they are nobodies, with no direction exception shopping and death.

Blue collar jobs are not rocket science either. What you are seeing is people fail upward because they are loyal but incompetent.

@Stahesh @basedbagel it’s funny to me how companies try and give people a title for the ego trip,short guys really fall for this one a lot,there use to be a President and 1 Vice President,now you have 38 Vice Presidents compartmentalization the asphalt company had Vice President of finished product when I was working on a project,I drove a golf cart over a section that wasn’t finished and Juan came flexing his authority,I told him to go fuck hisself

Working extra hard for a mere 5% pay tab increase of a management position isn't worth it.

Especially when it's just easier to spend less than you earn, then invest in assets that give you extra passive income.

Now that I'm older I can see i was projecting my loyalty and integrity on others who clearly had none.

It hurts my ego to admit this. Who likes to see themselves as a poor judge of character?

I partially blame myself for the lies and betrayals... They can still go to hell though

Amen brother. The one time I worked with an all male older-guy team I loved it.

Competence off the charts, genuine cooperation, good banter, no fucking dramas at all, huge productivity. I miss that place.

The sheer amount of stuff that can get done with a good team of guys has to be seen to be believed sometimes.

@RoninGrey Women & men ought not to freemix. Especially in workplaces & gym.

Working with mostly guys lately and it's SO better than working with mostly women in real estate.

No backstabbing, fakery, constant monitoring, screwing each other over, grudges held. Everyone actually helps and goes BEYOND for each other.

I've even found the black men in society who show up to work, have real intelligence, have manners, and are willing to drive an hour to get to work.

It's a JOY.

For all the "positivity in the workplace," it was awful. But THIS group is more respectful.

@Royper Okay. I'll stay at home. Cook, clean, and watch the kids. She can fuck off into a warzone, coal mine, sewer, up an electrical pole, under someone's house, into a wall, lift and or operate heavy machinery with any degree of hand eye coordination or spatial awareness, etc etc.
