@Stahesh @Tfmonkey It can be found in meat because it is effective in what it does. It's purpose is to aid the body's ability to fuel its muscles. Animals aren't bodybuilders, it's a legit supplement.

Same if you take any part of your body or animal part there is no folate in them.

Same if you were hungry you use fat after fat goes muscle so basically meat. Instead of you using your muscles(meat) from your body you use muscles(meat) of other animals.

Not mentioning you can add any organs you want. Like if you have problem with liver just add it to your diet

@VeganMGTOW It is normal mod carbs are just short term and used to build fat in summer so after summer when plants are gone we ate meat.

But now we run all the time on carbs that strain body and do not give time to clean your body so that is reason why obesity increased so much

Your microbiom ferments carbs in to energy and byproduct is alcohol and that is reason when you have high carb diet you get NAFLD

Carb is only stored in your body for up to 3 days.

And when you not eat carbs for 3 days you become fat adapted where your body runs on fat
