The competency crisis is everywhere and accelerating. It was happening before COVID, but that kicked into high gear. The west has lost the intellectual capacity to even maintain itself.
@Justicar This is what works for me and eating later in day because If I start to eat in morning hunger around 15-19:00 will become unbearable..
After waking up If I do not eat for whole day I am good just feel little anoyed but much better compare to when I would eaten something
