@VeganMGTOW @TenaciousGoat @Tfmonkey While I fast sometimes I can go full day without feeling hunger only wanting to eat with no real hunger only taste for food.

After day I can feel true hunger when I feel my empty stomach when it shrinks and feel like black hole.

I had for some time back pain and now I think it goes away after creating bigger gaps in eating and drinking water.

With todays easilly nutrients and caloric foods it becomes easier to overwhelm your body.

Not mentioning minerals and vitamins deficiencies can be caused by minerals and vitamins toxicities.

So now when I do not drink and eat I feel much better.

@VeganMGTOW This could be reason whe vegan diet worked for you because you ate too much and with vegan diet that is less caloric and nutrients dense become less problem for your body.

After experimenting with diet again.

I think I need to eat much less. Because for some reason my body needs longer time to absorb and clean body.

Maybe it is reason after long time eating shit diet and compensating with bunch of supplements.

So that would make sense why carnivore diet works so well when it is close to fasting

Not mentioning omnivore diet have best taste. Because eating only meat or only plants taste bland

Maybe we're really omnivores when best taste is with meat and plants

@Justicar Can be your concubine. Not mentioning mixed are at least more inteligent and can be used as workforce. Not mentioning you can give black women to low value white men to keep them happy and keep them working.

But useless if you want low population with intelligent people.

In todays day and age it is more logical to have less kids to focus on quality over quantity.

But in the end it comes to what kind of future people want.

Other way around it becomes large set back to civilization before white genes become dominant once again.

We can see it that every race see white as superior. Not only features but intelligence.

Not mentioning when white people mix with black. Their kids always look more white than black. So even nature see white genes as dominant.
