Normal white men are such a systemically discriminated against group of people that seeing them do a job will create the anti-affirmative action effect. If you see a white man there, you know he's a quality employee who is very competent, and you can trust him to get the job done.

First district administrator forces refugees to work

@VooDooMedic I’ve noticed a lot of straight white men being replaced with menopausal white women in all forms of leadership positions. In fact every time a male retires or gets fired the position is filled by an old white women. Man I’ve never seen a country so obsessed with women like Australia.
