Some variations of Anarcho syndicalism or maybe also just generic syndicalism if there is such a thing have employees own the business in such a way that if the business makes more money then the employees make more money in the short run if understand things correctly which I might not

Actually it does not require racism but most of the community members I have seen in the pictures are white

Twin Oaks is Capitalist on the Outside and Communist on the inside

They have people work to build things and then sell them to outsiders

They use the funds to provide services for the community members in a communist type way

It is communist and it really works and the secret is not racism but exclusion
