i am starting new h&f routine on monday. i figured my main issue are evenings. i no longer do martial arts, which take place later in the day, and i prefer to go to the gym before noon. this causes my evenings to suck because i am wired on caffeine from the day but have nothing to do. sugar clams me down and so obviously i make bad decisions every other evening. to fight this, i will have early dinner around 17h and then hit the gym after 19h to tire myself out for the night. win-win.
