@VooDooMedic drop the pre-chorus and see if you can cut the chorus in half.

@VooDooMedic cut the first verse and the bridge. that should bring it down to about 2 minutes.

@VooDooMedic I really need it to be 2 minutes max. A 4 minute outro is waaaaaay too long. It's a good song though.
