curl -sSL mangal.metafates.one/install | sh

Once you've installed it enter the following command to download all 170-odd chapters in cbz format

mangal inline -S Mangadex --query "Solo Leveling" --manga first all --download --format cbz

Transfer to your phone and read in webtoon

It's my hunch that property price rises were deliberatey inflated.

Technology is inherently deflationary as you can see from that list - tech becomes better and cheaper over time.
