Online services are not going to server-side intensive CPU processing creating tens-of-thousands of plain->hash->plain chains long.

And they're not going to transfer hundreds of gigabytes to tens of terabytes to your browser, so you can do the chain calculation client-side.

Happy to see this. I really wanted to like nostr, but for a long time all anyone would talk about was bitcoin/zaps. It got tiresome and boring real quick. I don’t want to have to use a bitcoin wallet just so that I can explore a new social economy idiom.

I feel like better XMR integration (and other coins, I guess), will help expand the whole micropayment/paid relay idea into something (hopefully) more fleshed out.
