And to my older point, those riots are spontaneous, that's not Antifa or BLM wrecking havoc for a paycheck.
It doesn't mean they can't be exploited for a power grab: this kind of violence is exactly the excuse the gov can use to justify a curfew or hire more police officers.

Macron is still indifferent to the riots and I suspect he thinks it's no big deal.
This may be a huge display of weakness on his end but not reacting to what's being carried out in the streets has been a winning move for him, against both the Yellow Vests and the Retirement protests.
The Police is a bit demoralized but they're not patriots. They're more than ok distributing fines as long as their asses are not on the line, like say rn.

Those riots will last for as long as there are shops to empty.
Then, once there's nothing to loot, they'll go back home.
Had they been ideologically involved, yeah it will escalate into a Civil War, but that's not what I see.
