The logic of accelerationism:

If collapse is inevitable... It should happen as quickly as possible. Collapse is a function of reduced competence within a population over time, as measured in generations. The longer it takes for collapse to occur, the fewer competent men will be available to rebuild, and the greater the amount of skills that will be lost.

So by collapsing quickly, the better the post-collapse available standard of living will be.

@basedbagel - More incompetence in charge.

Hear! Hear! 🫡 Three cheers for incompetent tyranny! 🍻

@redmaple - I've been tinkering with the idea of "strategic offsets" to counter commie hordes in a far-flung future.

It may be that medieval knights were just such an offset... to counter commie peasant hordes. But the social strata became ossified, and then the black death and gunpowder fucked it all up. 🤔

Anywho... the question becomes: how can a sparsely populated, free society, preserve itself from neighbors with zombie hordes of commies/peasants? 🤔

@basedbagel - Not to white-knight, but not every man is a saint. There could be more to the story. Maybe he fucked a bridesmaid or something... Or maybe a psycho bridesmaid just lied and told the bride that they fucked, in order to ruin her new marriage out of petty jealousy.

Or just as likely, the bride is a crazy whore. 💁🏻‍♂️

That *does* sound pretty awful. Glad I'm a monk. 🫡🍻

@RodrickSage - the worst thing is dreaming about work. I wanna tell my brain: "this is my time to rest. We're not clocked in right now!" 😠😮‍💨

Ultimately, the solution is to resolve the source of stress at work. But when my mind was once helplessly hung up on a female... I found Lion's Mane mushroom supplements very helpful (available on Amazon & reasonably priced). It gave my brain the nimbleness to think of something else.

Anyhow... It's disappointing that boomers will always try to make an orgy out of rebuilding from the ashes.

Do not mourn the boomers.

What prospects were left to the sons of boomers, who were seen and treated as competition, *when they were children*... by these piece of shit "fathers"?

Is it really any wonder then, why things are so fucked up these days, in that department?

These days, I looked twice at any man with a "no one is good enough for my daughter" attitude. Maybe I'm biased, but it kinda feels like their mental projection is showing.

Pure selfishness and a complete disregard for their responsibilities... 🤔 Is anyone else reminded of the boomer generation in general?

Women have their biological limitations in their ability to love already... but these two women were emotionally fucked up beyond all recognition.

It's a small sample size, but I suspect the proto-PUAs of the boomer generation started a lot of these dominoes that we see falling these days. And what example did the sons of these boomers see? 🤔🤔

These are men who, like the rest of us, have working eyes. And a beautiful woman today, was likely a pretty young girl at some point. Any person with working eyes can see a pretty young girl as just that.

But these are men who saw a pretty young girl, and must have thought to themselves: "I want to bust a nut in that." And then they did.

It pure selfishness in satisfying their base desires, and a complete disregard for their responsibilities as caretakers of these pretty young girls.

I've had the distinct displeasure of being well acquainted with two child molesters (thankfully I wasn't their target). And I disturb people with my thoughts on the matter... because I don't believe there's as wide a gulf between them and the rest of us, as most people would like.

But both men remind me of PUAs... in their manipulative nature and actions. In the vast majority of cases, child molesting is a strictly moral failing (beheading is an appropriate response).

I've heard someone exclaim recently: "What is with all the pedophilia these days?!"... and I may have the germ of a theory.

Has anyone talked about societal collapse with an actual boomer? You ever notice how they will usually salivate at the thought of all the orgies to be had? 🤔 It's as though they've had one success at that in 1967 (the original "summer of love"), and they've been forever trying to recapture that one moment in time.

@basedbagel - 1 bitch 1,000 times... because I'm a born romantic. 💁🏻‍♂️ Which I suppose is another way of saying that I was born with a predisposition to believe in things that aren't true. 😓

@RodrickSage - Re: God

Personally, I don't accept that whole "God is testing you" business. I don't let any man or priest, stand between me and God. I don't accept anyone else's explanation of God's nature or will (to include the bible or any other "holy books"). God's nature and will are revealed in his creation (the universe and everything in it).

I find it helpful to learn and understand the fundamental truth of that, as far as I'm able, and to strive to be in harmony with that.

Cheers, 🍻

@basedbagel - Wanna hear something funny? You don't even have to *fuck* crazy bitches for them to try to ruin your life...

It is enough, to simply express some form of desire for a broad who seems to reciprocate in the moment, and who also turns out to be a crazy bitch. And if you're emotionally invested, God help you. 😂😂😥

@LukeAlmighty - It's manly if it's car upholstery... 💁🏻‍♂️😆

@redmaple - "The truth will set you free."

Hey, even a broken clock is right, twice a day. 🤔💁🏻‍♂️

@basedbagel - Oh, I remember that. I was there on that day. I showed up too late for the fun... a blessing in disguise as it turns out. But even as I was driving there (I figured air travel was too vulnerable to govt interference), my biggest concern was that nothing would come of it - that it would be a giant snooze fest.

Something to bear in mind about past events though... We have the advantage today, of knowing how things turned out. Hindsight is 20/20, as they say. 🍻

@furgar - As an artist, I can spot the logical flaw. You can't make a coherent picture from three different perspectives. 🤔 Also, the scale matters.

Just look at a Picasso... that's basically what's happening here. It's a Picasso meme. 💁🏻‍♂️🍻

@RoninGrey - good point.

It's a shame that the word "cope" makes for such a great pun. But you're right about it being ill-suited in the grand scheme of things.

Actually, it kinda sounds like a challenge... 🤔 to come up with something better. 🍻
