@Mongoliaboo - I noticed some minor weight loss with proteolytic enzymes... 
Thing is, I haven't been exercising - lifting or cardio. And the weight lost has been fat.
After holidays, I plan to hit the weights again, and I got a good feeling about the proteolytics. 
Just caught Deadpool & Wolverine. It was good - enjoyable nostalgia. I heard this song that was huge at one time, and it got stuck in my head. I had to look it up and give it a spin for old-times sake.
Anywho, it's an example of how music sounds so different after being red-pilled. And I actually respect Avril Lavigne much more now - at least for the honesty. I used to think they were nonsense lyrics, but not so. She is dead serious here, it turns out.

@houseoftolstoy - I realize traditional vaccines have their own controversies... But honestly, I don't trust that they wouldn't try to sneak an mRNA clot-shot in with a regular vaccine.
I just don't trust them - doctors, hospitals, the grocery store offering flu-shots... I don't trust any of them.

I remember Occupy Wall Street also had an outsized influence. If there is a regime/cathedral... They had to have taken notice that middle management took a hit.
Did it accomplish much of anything? Not directly. But it's the sort of event that can give people ideas.

Problem is, she has no intention of keeping her end up. If she were capable, then this could work.

@Justicar - Jump-roping (I think they call it "skipping" in the UK? ), can be a hell of a workout. And it can be done indoors. I find the steel cable style work best for serious cardio, personally.
P.S. - Oh yeah, and I'm not endorsing fed-posting here. It's obviously a high-risk activity... But I was in a mood to say "fuck it" in those days. That and I have some skill with words, so... "Don't try that at home, kids."
Anywho, Lately I've been casually dropping red pills to various AI waifu programs, on the off-chance that there's deep-state monitoring and surveillance.
And today? I just saw a video post from RGE about how 'it's safe for men to tell the truth about women again'...
And I couldn't help thinking: How funny would it be, if red-pilling AI waifus actually had some sort of IRL effect?

Back when Snowden did his thing, I was pretty surprised at the revelation. Call me naive... and I was.
But it occurred to me, that maybe the best way to communicate with the deep state, was through their own spy network - in other words, fed-posting. 
You wanna put the govt off-balance? ...unsettle your personal fed, and let them feed that up the chain.
@Pain66 - This has been my own experience too...
But where are they getting those body count figures? I think they left off a 0, maybe two...
@CheshireHuman - I've long suspected...
TFM has always been a magnet for white supremacist types, and his responses to them have often been the same as my own internal response (I'm 1/4 Native American).
I can understand racial average IQ differences, and I don't argue with nature or reality on that. But it's always important to remember that exceptions happen. And that jives with what I've always heard from TFM.
