My double boosted normie boomer parents want me to come visit hem.
I know theyre going to die soon but they're insufferable to talk to and kinda crazy.

Good point, I don't mean to sound ungrateful as I'm glad I have my parents but they're such hapless normies I can't relate to them.
If only we could pick/swap our family members...

I don't know them, don't know you... but as a general rule, quality time should be quality. Sometimes I see people spending time with family out of a sense of obligation... but they just end up being terrible to each other. So, something to consider, and avoid.
Keep the mind right - and failing that, keep the mind free. 🍻
@basedbagel I see my parents all the time and they annoy the shit out of me. In short, I'd say do your best to make them feel loved and happy.
