Chicken McNuggets are basically movie theater buttered popcorn with meat inside.

Imagine living in a world where you're the only human and there are no reflective surfaces.

How would you know you had a head? You would see through your eyes, breath and eat with your mouth, touch your hair and face, etc. But you would have no "proof" your head existed because while you had constant direct experience of your head performing its functions, you would have no 3rd party objective confirmation that you had a head at all.

How does the knower know itself outside of its experience?

So I've concluded another experiment with fasting and supplementation.

I previously found that fasting without supplements was not effective.

Last week I tried supplements, but while fasting, ate a lot of carbs like pizza, ice cream, etc. I wanted to see how much that plays a role.

I gained 3 pounds, so you need to you do all three. You need to fast, limit carbs, and take supplements for insulin resistance. If you don't do all three, you won't succeed.

The Bible says you go to hell for 1,000s of things but never once mentions making fun of retards to be one of them, but whenever you make fun of retards, people tell you you're going to hell.

I've always found that weird.

The government should have been overthrown 100 years ago, but they were cunning and created the Welfare State to buy the people off and make them dependent on them.

When the Welfare State goes bankrupt, we'll return back to that long overdue overthrowing.

After 3 weeks of isolating variables, I determined that my supplements are more important than my fasting. It's all about managing my insulin, which is key to weight management, especially if you're not especially active.

The most unusual one is Ceylon Cinnamon, Apple Cider Vinegar, Turmeric, and Ginseng. The other ones are just fiber, omega 3s, and nutrients like calcium, magnesium and zinc.
