lemme break it down real quick, the exact verses are: "Do not resist one who is evil. But if anyone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also; and if anyone would sue you and take your coat, let him have your cloak as well; and if anyone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles."
slapping someone on the right cheek is a backhand slap: this is a form of insult to someone of lower status than you. offering your left cheek baits them into a palm slap, which is only done to those of equal status. it is a way to trick a roman soldier into acknowledging you as an equal, not a lesser.
a roman taking your coat was taking your outer wear which was relatively normal and happened often, if they also took your cloak you'd be essentially naked and the roman would look like a deranged evil vindictive monster and his fellow legionaries would probably wind up giving you all your stuff back and punishing him for going that far
if a roman forced you to carry his stuff for a mile, as was his right as a citizen, that was normal. if he forced you to carry it for two miles, that was a crime so severe he could be stripped of citizenship and turned into a slave for inflicting that cruelty on you. by insisting you carry his stuff two miles, you'd be able to use roman laws against him later

Being an incel was an insult progs tossed out at right wing guys for a long time. They would assume incels were dangerous, but ultimately just some small, insignificant part of the population. Now incels are mainsteam because the relationships between men and women have collapsed. Every day I see a new video of guys and girls in their 20s confessing how lonely they are. I've struggled with women, a lot of guys I knew did, but I've never seen it like this.
