@Giganova8 @WashedOutGundamPilot Simple projection. They think that the degrees and career that they have makes them a catch because they see the kind of man doing the same thing as a catch. So they think if they are also out there doing the same thing, a man also doing that will find them attractive.
Except that is not what men are looking for, and often women who try to climb the corporate ladder sacrifice many aspects of their femininity in the process, thus making them worse of in dating.
@Humpleupagus You fool! This is how they will get you to eat the bugs. And not the "wet bugs."
In order to prevent Klaus Schwab's wet dream of having everyone eat the bugs, we must reject ALL types of bugs. You must give up eating shrimp, crab, and lobster, so that you won't find yourself eating crickets later on.
I don't even see what people think is so great about eating crustaceans. No flavor whatsoever. I could live the rest of my life without eating them and be quite happy.
@Giganova8 @WashedOutGundamPilot The kind of women who are paying 5 figures to a matchmaking service were already hopeless from the start. If they were such catches, they would not need to pay this kind of money to find quality men.
And consider the type of men and women using such a service. Do you think these are type who would likely be highly desireable to the opposite sex? Those who are most wanted do not need to jump through these types of hoops.
@IAMAL_PHARIUS Please tell me that he also paid for the pretend property with pretend money. Because this is the most retarded shit ever if he used really money on this.
Just thought of something. If those that think that the sanctions against Russia are harming the Russian economy in any way also think that Russia was responsible for the Nord stream pipeline attack, then they are just confirming how braindead they are.
This might not apply to that many people, but the legacy media outlets sure want you to buy this and must really have low expectations for their audience's intelligence.
@deprecated_ii Football used to fulfill the purpose of an escape from things like politics, but ever since BLM and other woke politics has been injecting itself into the NFL, watching football no longer operates as an escape.
Not that I really cared about football before, as I have found it to be something I have no desire to follow. I would not suffer even a little bit if the NFL was cancelled.
@blitzdriver This especially applies to regions where mask mandates were sparse or non-existent. It baffles me when I still see people wearing masks.
@spectre My theory is that it was more about this than the aquisition of money. Though I do think that the opportunity for those who were in power and wanting to enrich themselves certainly did it, but I see that as part of the means to the end, which was a power grab.
Having the financial upper hand will certainly help you maintain power. At least as long as the financial system itself remains sound. But it appears that it might be on the verge of collapse itself.
@furgar In fairness, this graph is certainly out of date since it is in 2018 (inflation and eviction moratorium sending rents higher not in effect yet). They should probably include details like where they live, what kind of residence they live in, and if they have any roommates. Especially roommates, because that cuts down expenses tremendously.
Other parts are questionable too, such as health insurance probably being too cheap as well.
@deprecated_ii @RustyCrab Can a crab spray water or create bubbles?
And I have not even touched on how this madness is being done at the expense of our own wellbeing. Like the characters in the story, we are seeing a lot of effort and resources being put in place to push progressive values worldwide, including gay marriage. Are we really willing to put ourselves on the brink of collapse in the name of equality? Not necessarily, but those who are in charge appear to be. So we go further into collapse trying to push for values that won't be there once things break
So when you are forcing others to accept something at the point of a gun, you are not pro-freedom in the slightest. Even if in your mind having gay marriage be legalized is one aspect of freedom, we are not doing goodwill in the world by telling the world they need to tow the line with more "tolerance." As mentioned previously, it does not end simply at letting gay people marry. The slippery slope is no fallacy, but rather a reality. More will be demanded.
Now look at the world today, as those in charge push for their progressive ideology to be forced upon the world. Are we better off by forcing other countries to embrace homosexuality at gunpoint?
"But houseoftolstoy, allowing for gay marriage does not mean you have to embrace anything! It is just letting consenting adults being free to marry!"
I will not take that line of logic when we also see businesses being taken to court by homosexuals for not wanting to make a gay wedding cake.
Might be a fake story, but it is entertaining.
Even if it is a silly story, it actually is quite reflective of some people's political perspective. As in, they will consider gay marriage to be THE litmus test for what they call freedom.
"If gay people can marry, then you have freedom! Never mind all the other obtrusive laws that actually restrict freedom, homosexuality is the only thing that matters! So who cares if you can get arrest for hate speech, gay marriage!"
@CoolhandJames If true, holy shit, the mask has not only fallen off, but it has revealed the villains face that is the US government. Given I have no faith in my government not pulling this shit, I am not going to give them the benefit of the doubt.
It also would line up with a theory that the US is trying to sabotage Europe and take in Europeans with the collapse of many of those countries.
I know this is old news and that Twitter is not real life, but it is important to know that normies are receiving this messaging. Hard to know how much direction such people are taking from higher ups to push some narrative, but it would not shock me to find out that they also do not see any inconsistency in their messaging. Though the 180 degree turn makes me think that this sort of thing is done by committee.
Also, I think most "popular" Twitter users have some bots padding the numbers too.
Looks like this will be my new home. Warning: I (probably) have Asperger's, so my be prepared for my autism to show through.
I don't think I am a right wing extremist, but I am sure anyone with low testosterone might think otherwise.
