After all, many husband's are either working longer hours or doing outside housework such as lawn mowing. Do those contributions count? Generally not. This of course does not actually succeed because the women are once again looking for an excuse to moralizing why they will not have sex with their husbands. My theory is that feds have Nazi flags ready to "find" in cases like this, and they were just following standard procedure of planting the evidence before they knew anything about the driver. When the driver turned out not to fit the bill for the Hu-White supremacist, it got memory holed.
