@Darth_Bob Most guys would overlook the girl on the righr simply because she is not well endowed.
However, she has clean, straight teeth and clean hair, her skin is clear, has a pleasant smile and is a normal girl. I don't particularly like the excessive decollitage, but she is probably at a 7. Most guys would call her a 4.

How do they not screen these people for mental stability before signing off on their reliability under mental pressure?

@FinalDresdonation I'm doing a cost benefit analysis of this. I watched a recent video by Economic Ninja; he insists the housing market asset bubble will pop by 3rd quarter and into next year there will be a glut of foreclosures and fire sale homes on the market to scoop up. It would be a once in a lifetime opportunity but being a landlord presents a whole list of problems. Especially if the government does another moratorium on rent. I'm exploring options...

@Chimi_Chuang_Tzu I think there is value in having a real estate agent. These contracts can be hard to navigate. I'm looking for an opportunity when this real estate asset bubble pops, but I have an aversion to buying assets that the Government can seize. Also, the assets can depreciate and I still have to make mortgage payments.
I would like to acquire 3 properties and become a landlord but that brings a host of problems.
Perhaps, I am just making excuses to justify my inaction...

@Stahesh He is right. Most men have 0 options, when it comes to dating; even in their Prime years.
MOST females, even in their 40's and 50's can still win sex and relationships easily.

@Tfmonkey @basedbagel I think developing self control is more about establishing your Values and setting your personal boundaries, as to what type of behaviors that most align with your Values. I don't think it is a matter of being stupid, but rather not having a "why". Not having Values they can refer to when making decisions.

@Tfmonkey I think caring about what others think or not caring, for that matter, comes over time; maturity.
Envisioning the goal; model based on Reality are paramount.
Might I include a mastery of emotions, insofar as they are used to focus your efforts. It is hard to stay motivated when you are unsuccessful. Especially after repeated attempts. I think raw talent, or high IQ, puts a man far ahead of a man with just "heart". it is Extremely difficult to compete with a man who is having fun...
