I think Pakistan is the only one that actually has nukes, and has declared them. Some people think Iran might have them, but it's pretty unlikely.

How can a camera filming a nuclear test explosion at a close distance not be destroyed by a nuclear test explosion?

Some people think Nukes are not real

They just drop a lot of conventional explosives and possibly chemical or biological weapons

I do not know

I think that started with that one Joe Rogan. The cameras in the test videos don't move at all, because they're in concrete bunkers and usually a kilometer away with fixed 1200x+ zoom. Those videos are only of the low yield explosives. The one where the car "disappears" is likely because the editor wanted a good picture of the house, so he clipped the daytime footage right next to the test footage. The house looks fake because it is fake; it was setup just for the test.

There is a lot of footage from a distance, from multiple countries. There are accounts of people going into Hiroshima. If nuclear weapons are real, I hope we never find out in this era.

I was hearing people talk about this before youtube was even founded so I doubt it was from Joe Rogan

The footage of nuke testing available to the public on educational shows from before Joe Rogan podcast already looked fake
