I would guess deporting them to New York would involve moving the least number of kikes around and no longer recognizing New York as part of the U.S.A. but as long as they do not behave badly and people can recognize their scams I do not see a need to deport them

Simply expelling them will never work because it does not change the behavior once they are expelled

All of them must be captured and forced to complete a re-education program before being allowed to be free

After being re-educated and released if they act like a kike outside of kike territory they should get a life sentence

You have to imprison kikes and re-educate them before they are released. If they commit repeat offenses of kikery after release then they get a lifetime prison sentence for which they can not be released unless proven that they were falsely convicted. If they want their own country they get deported to Skokie, New York or Madagascar but the moment they go elsewhere than a designated location then if they commit kikery outside the no kike behavior zones they go to jail
