So sometimes when people do certain repetetive exercises the key limiting factor is not their muscles strength or endurance but their skin
Skin rubbing against objects having the potential for injury can prevent more repetitions , or effect grip which limits object weight which limits how much strength, speed, flexibility or endurance you develop
This can apply to weightlifting, dynamic stretching, walking ,running and practicing using martial arts tools
Adjustments often help temporarily but If they do not give them exercises to do at home after the adjustment then they have to keep coming back for new adjustments which costs money each time

So it seems that humans do not need to eat Taurine but cats do and that the amount of taurine in milk is much less than in meat per mass of food
Drinking milk might require 10 or more times the mass to be equivelent to the same mass as some meat, fish or seafood products
