If you have to then take off your own shirt to wrap around the wound if you can not access clean laundry and go to the emergency room without a shirt on driven by a friend

But clean clothes are better

Paper most likely will not work it should be cloth

Take Clean laundry or clothes that you are willing to get bloody and ruin and wrap it around the wound instead of flimsy toilet paper then have soneone elsr drive you to an emergency room

Toilet paper will not work because it absorbs water very quickly conpared to a clean white undershirt

Also if you leave a tourniquet on too long and or tight you can lose the limb by cutting off blood flow

I think you should bandage it and apply pressure until you get to an emergency room but not use a turniquet

I am assuming a very specific meaning of turniquet that you might not mean

If it is not as serious as it sounds pseudoephedrine might reduce bleeding but increase risk of a potential fatal heart problem due to increased blood pressure. It is used for nose bleeds.

You might want someone else to drive you to an emergency room so that you can hold the bandaging and pressure on the wound yourself

There was this invention called a flip phone and you could close it so it is harder to press the buttons with your pocket keys but sometimes thin cards could slide through the closed openings

This flip phone invention had physical buttons on the inside instead of a virtual touch screen keyboard

Some of them can access the internet supposedly

And they still sell them new in some places in USA
