I am going to go with the Tim Ozman, Fake Nukes Phil and Paranormies approach and say that if we could make the same scene in a hollywood movie as what you see on the news that we do not really know if anyone died in real life or if it was just acting and special effects

I am not big into holidays but leap year only happens once every four years and I do not believe it happens this year 2026

Since leap year happens only once every four years I was thinking there should be something big to celebrate it compared to holidays that are only once a year but I do not know of any major leap year traditions

Leap year should be four times as strongly celebrated aa New Years when Leap Years is celebrated to get an equal amount of average celebration per year
