Although I do not support any tax if we are going to tax people taxing the rich instead of the working class would be better
But there are a lot of Democrats who make most of their money by lying about helping the poor through tax programs who actually divert that money to increase their own wealth so that it does not actually help the poor
If the tax only worked on rich people then maybe they could not do that but that is not what I have usually seen in practice

Here is the problem with paid blood donations
A bunch of drug users who use needles and who have contaminated blood might donate blood for more money and then you have to spend money to sort the contaminated blood out
Now you have to spend money to sort contaminated blood out anyway but when a higher percent of the blood is contaminated you might get more non contaminated blood by not paying people
Maybe just put blood centers in good neiguborhoods and not pay people

I'm not boycotting products, I'm boycotting systems unless my need is so great that I have to take part in that system.
Like energy. I only need enough power during the day to keep my refrigerator running. I can do that with solar and turn off my house mains when I'm not home. When I'm home and my solar array can't power my house, I turn on the mains.
I start from the perspective that all systems are imposed on us. We decide which we will take part in.
