You do this changing body parts but keeping the forehead is cool and comfortable line the same

Chewing tobacco supposedly spreads mouth cancer but I suspect that is the tobacco and not the nicotine

With vaping or smoking other people do not consent if they inhale the fumes

Basic strategy I read in hypnotism books learn a hypnotic experience that you enjoy more than smoking

Sometimes they have people do breathing exercises without smoking plus the hypnotic experience and tell them you can enjoy breathing clean air

Also it might be that nicotine in small doses might not be bad for you but tobacco and the added ingreduents in tobacco and vape products are bad for you

Maybe nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches might be safer for your lungs

If you go vegan then you will not eat any animal product that came from an animal with a mRNA vaccine
