I am thinking it only works if the water is shallow enough because I would imagine the other cartoon would sink to the bottom and or would be too heavy to get and lift on top the other canoe while swimming without your feet touching the ground
Or maybe it only works if there is a lot of water in it but not enough to sink it

Did you ever intentionally fill a canoe with water and then place it upside down on top of another empty canoe perpendicular to it while in the water to practice what to do if there are two canoes and one gets full of water

I tried learning them and then made a firm commitment not to use them after learning how easy it is to drown by trying to practice getting out of one
I just stick to other safer types of boats like canoes
Closed kayaks are extremely dangerous and easy to drown in because they flip over and it is hard to get your body out to avoid drowning
Canoes are safer
Open kayaks might also be safer
The article however said they rented a pontoon boat which should be safe if you know how to swim and did not choose a dangerous place
It is true that the government tries to kidnap people and turn them trans gender

Jim also wrote a book about how to make opium
One day he put a gun to Bob Robert Black's head and told him to convert to Islam
Bob wrote a letter to the police saying where Jim's opium lab is and where Jim keeps his shotgun
Jim arrested
Bob probably never would have done that if Jim did not point a gun at his head
