It is really dangerous and should be discouraged

People allegedly got trapped in caves trying to play that game

I like qbasic everything else looks to hard to read and I do not want to bother learning it

My exoerience is different brands and different flavors taste and digest different

Some are horrible and some taste great

Usually I like the ones with a lot of mustard and do not like the ones with oil or hot sauce

Get the wrong ones and I feel like I have problems involving going to the bathroom

But I do not buy dairy or eggs or meat or fish anymore because of the mRNA vaccines they can jab them with and still label them as non GMO and or Organic

If you see someone who looks mongoloid and not white they could be southeast Asian or Middle eastern or Hispanic

But there are some middle eastern and hispanic people that simply do not look 100% Southeast Asian

And I was thinking maybe those ones are a mixture of Mongoloid plus Caucasian and or Negroid

So twerking breaks the body line and ruins your balance

Hip rotation can be used to rotate the torso moving the shoulders which powers the hands for striking, pushing or pulling

But when people twerk the hip movement does not appear to be used to generate power in that manner

Hence twerking demonstrates a lack of knowledge of how to move effectively

Most black people can not dance because they do not move their hips properly like white and asian people traditionally do

If you look at the traditional martial arts Kata the rotation of the pelvis in used to generate power

If you look at blacks twerkimg and calling that dancing where is the power generation?

If you look at ballet people traditionally do not twerk but keep their pelvis in a controlled position to promote balance

What skill does twerking promote other than the "skill" of publicly displaying your butt?

So I sign up to this school that teaches TaeKwonDo and HapKiDo

They salute the flag and bow to a picture of the instructor in addition to bowing to the instructor if the instructor is there

I have no problem with bowing to a living human being as a greeting but I requested not to bow to any object that is not alive as a religious exemption

The instructor let me go without saluting the flag or bowing to objects for months

Then he said you should salute the flag because saluting is not bowing

Black people usually do not know how to use their hips properly to develop power for work or graceful balance that is why they shake their butts then say white people can not dance because white people and asians generally do not shake their butts because white people and asians control their hips to generate power and to balance on their toes as demonstrated by Asian Martial Arts and Ballet which demonstrate balance, self control and power generation

There are exceptions but this is the usual
