Assuming you eat the same amount of protein and the same amount of non Caloric nutrients and exercise and sleep the same and the same amount of alcohol Calories or no alcohol
Which type of diet will cause you to lose weight the fastest?
Which material and physical condition would you rather have
1 A government regulation compliant car or motor vehicle which the government can try to regulate and control as they please but you can not walk while carrying groceries far enough to get groceries at a grocery store more than a mile away from your house without a car or motor vehicle
2 The ability to walk 100 miles at at least 3 miles per hour with less than a 10 minute break every 4 hours but you can never own a motor vehicle
