The same thing happens with "black inventions" when a black person just so happens to be a part of a team that created an invention. I don't buy for a second that every member of a team trying to create something is always unique and irreplaceable. Especially not someone who is merely playing a support role in the process.

Neges means black woman in Duolingo Haitain Kreyol and I suspect that is fundamentally different than Nwa which means black color

Neges is not combined with the word for woman or the word for person. Moun Nwa would literally mean a person who is the color black but instead they call their women who are black by the title Neges

So black people in Haiti go around calling each other neges

I can't tell where sound is coming from in the house while in this room I moved my office to because it seems like all the sound from the entire house is being focused here.

@Hoss @PNS @Elliptica Well the thing about 9/11 for instance, is that while a lot of people have lied about it, the vast majority do so unknowingly. The actual people who orchestrated the lie are probably pretty small. So that the whole thing was orchestrated by Jews (my take), perhaps this is the knowledge of a collection of language-barrier Jews, a few insider Jews who know to shut up, and a bunch of dead Arabs. Covid is a bit different because it's actually scientifically complex, and even the average doctor doesn't have the cycles to go about investigating it, even if they have the credentials to do so. I think the actual people originating the misinformation around Covid are probably once again a small group of politically motivated actors. I think in each case we can look at these groups and break down their motives. I also am skeptical about what my authority figures have told me; I think we can break down motivations and timelines and things such as these, if we choose to believe in particular alternative theories on events, which are fine in and of themselves imo.
